Once we were thinking about whether a complete character animation can be completed in blender, from modeling to textures, to hair and rigging, and tedious animations. We have been learning and trying, and successfully implemented many character model animations with blender software, this is just one of them. I want to say that in Blender we can achieve very beautiful hair effects and also make good animations.
This is a high-quality spotted hyaena model with multiple 4K maps, rigging, animation, and fur. The body maps in the UDIM format, and fur maps are made separately to make the character more realistic. This model is made by Blender and rendered by Cycles renderer in the real-world scale.
Observing the model up close, you can observe many details. The randomness of fur is very important to the authenticity of the model.
Animation:
This model is all done in blender, including three animations. You can see running animation, trotting animation and walking animation, which are very interesting and realistic.
